Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning.
This assignment below was an exercise to use technology to organize and simplify information. Improving these skills will benefit our students and keep them engaged in activities.
Below is an example of how documents can be organized. Through the assignment, I learned how add key pieces to documents: page numbers, headings, bullet points, etc. Formatting is crucial when trying to retain the attention of a group. Also, organization and formatting supports improved student learning outcomes.
Above is a screenshot of a data analysis activity I created. With this skill, I can apply many different pedagogical approaches made possible by technology and reflect on their effectiveness with students and colleagues.
